Yes! We are able to have as many administrators and owners in a hannahHR account as is required by your company.
No. Integral to hannahHR’s value is our commitment to the privacy of your employees. As a result, we do not record or report directly on your employee’s questions. However, we can aggregate data on themes and usage from your employees.
No. Each employee has their own query dashboard, and can access their past question history, but not the question history of their peers. Questions are totally anonymous, and the answers completely unbiased.
No. We commit to providing a totally anonymous platform for your employees without them having to worry about their questions being reported back to you, their management.
Your documents are totally secure within the hannahHR interface. You can be assured that all your documents are accessible only by members of your own organization.
You can have full and part-time employees in multiple locations in the same dashboard in hannahHR! We work in every English-first province in Canada and our next stop is Quebec - your employees just need to be tagged for their provinces and types of contracts in your dashboard.
HR experts train HannahHR to answer questions about employment requirements within your geographic region and related to the handbook you provided at a reasonable response level. Hannah has guardrails to understand when she cannot answer the question. In those cases, hannah will explain that she cannot answer that particular question and indicate the point of contact for that particular information.
hannahHR uses RAG (retrieval augmented generation), which means she grabs her information from everything you have physically uploaded. She does not go beyond that to look for answers to information. As long as that information is correct, HannahHR should be able to provide a reasonable answer based on your provided information. She will not know whether or not the information is right or wrong if you have uploaded a document with incorrect information.
If hannah does respond in a way that is obviously incorrect, we ask that you send us a screenshot of the incorrect answer so we can ensure this type of error does not happen again.
That’s ok! HannahHR can be set up to handle multiple different locations by indicating individual instances of the organization per location eg: companyName Vancouver, attached to the BC ESA and your BC Handbook.
YES. HannahHR is trained and has specific guardrails regarding what she can and cannot answer. If the answer is not readily available within the local ESA or handbook, she will escalate to the appropriate point person.
Yes - you can administer all employees within your organization regardless of working location. If they are in a different province than you, their province will be indicated in their information, and yours will be indicated too. Please note that you cannot use the same email address to access multiple hannahHR accounts, so if you have two jobs, you need two emails! But all team members at your one roll can live in the same dashboard.
